My name is Mehak, and I am from Rawalpindi, Pakistan. I hold a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Islamic Studies and have a sincere passion for teaching the Holy Quran and sharing Islamic knowledge with students around the world. I am a punctual, honest, and patient teacher who believes that learning the Holy Quran should be a positive, rewarding, and spiritually enriching experience. My aim is to help children develop a love for the Holy Quran, learn to read it correctly with proper Tajweed, and improve their recitation through Tarteel, with clarity, care, and attentiveness. Subjects & Areas of Instruction - Nazra Quran: Helping students learn to read the Holy Quran accurately and confidently. - Quran with Tajweed: Teaching the principles of correct Quranic pronunciation, including the proper articulation of Arabic letters (Makharij al-Huroof). - Tarteel: Encouraging clear, measured, and deliberate recitation of the Holy Quran. - Basic Islamic Studies: Introducing children to essential Islamic teachings, good manners (Akhlaq), and moral values in an age-appropriate manner. Teaching Methodology I follow a gentle, patient, and student-centred teaching approach, recognising that every child has a unique learning pace. I focus on correct pronunciation, regular practice, revision, and gradual improvement to help students develop confidence in Quranic recitation. I can teach in English, Urdu, and basic Arabic, making lessons accessible to students from different linguistic backgrounds. I aim to create a respectful and encouraging learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and developing a meaningful connection with the Holy Quran. My Teaching Philosophy My goal is to make Quranic education accessible to children and families worldwide while nurturing a genuine love and respect for the Holy Quran. I believe in teaching with patience, sincerity, kindness, and dedication, helping students progress at a comfortable pace and appreciate the importance of Quranic learning in their lives.
